1976 K10 Build

First time posting, although I've followed several threads that have got me to where I am now. I'm a 17 year old from Southern Maryland and I've always only ever been interested in the 73-87 GM trucks. My first ever truck was a 1983 C10 Scottsdale. It was given to me by a friend of my fathers and I enjoyed it for the short time I had it. I ended up selling it because I started tearing it apart and realized that the front end and mid-frame were harshly tweaked due to an accident that the PO was in. I pulled the drivetrain out and sold the roller for $500. Then I bought a 1987 GMC R2500 with a TBI350 backed by a SM465. I bought the truck for $700 and it had a utility body on it. I ended up selling the bed for $600 and built a wooden flatbed on it so I could haul large things without being limited by wheel wells and bed sides. Shortly thereafter, my father handed down to me his 1976 K10 Silverado. I've been slowly but surely doing a frame off resto on the '76 and I recently tracked down my old '83 and managed to buy the cab off of it. It has factory A/C and power windows and locks, I believe I made out well with it. I'll try to update from time to time but with school and work and of course the truck build, I'm not sure how often. Ill attach some pictures soon.

Yeah I'm using the '83 cab off my old scottsdale to use on my k10. I already have a bolt in trans tunnel that ill need to put in but otherwise it's just about ready for it. The flatbed is great. I've hauled 2 cabs, the stepside bed thats on my k10, 5 engine blocks at once. It's a great truck and aside from a fuel filter going bad it's given me no problems.

Just finished putting my front springs and steering arm on today. All that's left are the shocks and then my lift is done. Only concern I have is that I only added a 4 inch lift, but my bed is clearing my 36x14.50 super swampers like it should be clearing 33's with that much lift. I don't know if there's any other type of lift under it but it's unusually tall for just a 4 inch.

Looking at what little I can see from those pics it doesn't seem like you have 4" springs. But better pics would tell a better story.
