is this one of those engines that has a carb or is it tbi? i remember reading about such a beast but i dont remember much about it


Both the Van and the suburban are basic TBI small blocks

New Plan.... guy has a 87 choo choo dually with no engine or trans that was a 454 /sm465 truck, and another guy has a 96 454 /nv4500 cab and chassis, so im thinking get both and merge em togeather....the 96 has good wheels and tires and a 454 with a 5 speed and every wire needed for the swap , so I can get my moneys worth out of it and sell the cab and frame for scrap.

That sounds like a better plan to me. That way you have everything you need to mimic the setup from the 94 into the 91. Plus, that looks like it's one of those Tonawanda 454's. Those are excellent engines. I wouldn't complain at all if someone gave me a running one.

Sorry I havent updated this, It gets lost in the Shuffle I guess. The parts truck and the other 454 parts truck got sold before I could get to em and The IRS is wanting more info so my refund is on hold ... I did sell my van and pick up a claen 85 c20 reg cab long bed C6P truck.  Gunrac Sounds like a plan, PM your Number.
