the preferred pump is AC-Delco EP158, specs are 9-14PSI, 22GPM, it is the stock pump for 1993 GMC/Chevy Turbo Diesels

it does require the special O-ring fittings, I solved by purchasing Dorman PN-800-170, just a 4 inch barbed fitting, so I could run rubber hose on either end

Thanks for the info! Does anyone by chance know what ports are what on the ip and on the tank selector valve so I can scrap everything I don't need and just run a supply and return line for the passenger tank alone.

On the tank, there should be three fittings, one is 3/8"-this is the supply, one is 5/16"- this is return, one is 1/4"-this is for emissions and is really just a vent if the charcoal canister is gone. Normally one would block it and use a vented cap.

If you don't plan on using drivers side, just remove the fuel selector, and when you remove the extra lines everything should be self explanatory, the bigger lines are the supply,

As for engine side, there should be a 3/8" inlet into the fuel filter, then a 1/4 out to injection pump-located in center of all the hardlines. The return comes off a metal line- and depending on setup should either exit over passenger valve cover or to the rear of the engine, again passenger side in the valley(should be a 5/16" hose)

and for the 4l80e
http://www.mediafire.com/download/2o21d84ygmh6sdb/GM_STG_17021_24_Hydramatic_4L80E_TRANSMISSION_Electrical_Supplement.pdf

The main archive folder link worked.  Good.

That 6.5L textbook covers the 93 DS2 and 94-95 OBD 1.5 DS4.
I still need to scan the other 6.5L Diesel textbook for the 96 on up DS4 OBD II engines and the Oldsmobile 350 DX textbook.
Time time time...
