Hello all. Great to be a new member. got a 1978 K10 350 350th( i think) not sure about transfer case. 3in. body with 3in. suspension. Just got it so don't know to much about it. Hoping you all can help me make it better. thank you.

You most likely have an NP203 transfer case. That was the most common set up on 70's trucks with automatics. The NP205 was more common on trucks with manual trans or on the 77 and up one tons. Although your truck could have either. But be sure to check out the link Irish_Alley posted as it will show you the differences between the different transfer case set ups these trucks had.
