Keep or switch
« on: March 12, 2016, 05:07:33 pm »
I switched out my manual brake master cylinder in my 73 for power brakes today in my build. I purchased a used setup out of an 81 up that's supposed to be good. Should I keep the 81 up master cylinder or switch back to the 73-80 master cylinder, or does it matter?

Keep the later master cylinder.  They are reputed to leak less.

Wow! That's your professional answer? By the way, I decided to go with the 73-80 master cylinder. My motor for my build will be installed this weekend.

Calm down brother! I was just joking with you. Nice looking motor though.
