80's Burb curb weight?

I'm looking at getting my hands on a rotted 80's burban to strip some parts out of it's a 2wd 1/2ton with a 305 anyone got a curb weight? i'm trying to figure how much i would get back on it from the scrap yard after i get some parts out of it.

I'm gonna guess 5700 pounds.
Around here in Mass scrap is $35 a ton.
Your looking at $100 in scrap.
A few years ago you would have been looking at $700+.

$35 a ton! Right at $17 now southwest NH, I literally got $21 for scrapping a cab and chassis minus engine, tranny and most interior....

The last thing I scrapped was a busted up bare cab and the front suspension and steering components that were all removed as a whole unit. I think I got $81 total for the lot. That was a very years back.

dang those scrap prices SUCK, i was in to check yesterday and my local price is 145$ a ton, probably about the only good thing about the Difference in the Dollar considering those US scrap prices
