Replacement Fuel Hose Length
« on: April 22, 2016, 03:02:08 pm »
So I am putting an aftermarket TBI setup on my '78 k10 stepside and I am trying to figure out how much fuel hose I will need to buy. My truck is out of state and I want to have everything bought, as much as possible, when I go to put it together.

I was thinking that getting a 15' hose would be enough to run both the supply and return lines at 7.5' each. I'm only going to run the drivers side tank for now. I just don't want to come up short.

What length of fuel hose will I need?

what lines does it have now? i would op for fuel lines over a hose, unless yours is so bad off you cant reuse it.

I imagine it has the stock lines but I haven't had a chance to drop the tanks yet. I am going to a high pressure in tank pump so I would like to replace all the lines. I am thinking I will probably run either braided stainless hose or make up some new steel lines. Either way I need to know how long of a run I will need.
