Do I have a bolt or plug missing

I'm trying to clean up my engine compartment and I stumbled across this.  It is on the front, top, driver side .  It's a 350 4 barrel

a bolt goes there....it is one of the bolts that hold the intake manifold on....you might have an intake leak now if that bolt is missing.

Thanks makes sense.  I believe it's A 3/8 by 1"...
