Rear Step bumper brackets

Got my hands on a pretty nice chrome rear step bumper, however it didn't come with brackets so does anyone has any suggestions for step bumper brackets and chrome Bolts for holding the brackets to the bumper?

Chrome (actually grade 8 steel with polished stainless carriage caps) bolts can be had at a parts store...I know they can be had at O'reilly's, we keep some of them in stock. Dorman book.
