Dad needs tires

My dad's 77 GMC Seirra Classic 4X4 truck needs tires.  It's size is 10-15LT.  Problem is I cannot find tires in this size. Can anyone help with the size and a good 4x4 tire?

I think you're missing part of the tire description,  Is it a 31 10.5 15 lt ?  If 10 is the tire width and 15 is the rim size.  LT(light truck) Do you know the wheel width?
