As an eperianced body man I can do them in a day . Depends on how much metel working experiance you have. Also if you have the correct tools for the job, they will make things go allot faster. If you are planning a complete rocker swap they go on before the cab corners and outer fenders. Slip ons can beinstalled without removing the fenders, doors, & cab corners but must time only are a short term permenant fix or long term temporary fix.

Do only one first and see how long that takes.Maybe a weekend for each??? If you start with 1 only ,you won't be stuck without wheels.

They are pretty strait forward. If you can save the ends that go behind the cab corner and fender you should be able to section the bad are in with the new ones without much trouble. how are the inner rockers. They are pretty easy to make as they are flat. They are what holds the bottom of the outer rocker on.
To be honest if you rockers are that bad that they fell away when you kicked it then you might want to lok a litle harder at your cab corners, floors, and floor suports.
