Behind your grill is the 2 core suport bolts. They hold the suport to the frame should take 3/4 top and bottom. Under the truck at back of fender is 1 bolt that hold outer fender to the cab. In the wheel well there are 2 bolts that hold the inner fender to the cab. In the door jamb above the hinge there is 1 bolt that holds the outer fender to the cab. Under the hood 73-87 there is a bolt that holds the outer fender to the cowl area of the cab. 81 and up it is under the cowl panel. Not sure which one you have? These should all take 9/16" tool. The cowl has four small bolts along the front edge that hold it down. If I remember right they are 8mm.

I have an 83.
Does this mean the radiator must come out with everything?
