trim on tailgate?

I want to remove the trim on my tailgate, I would like to put it on ebay. So I want to keep it in good condition. Does it just pull off?

Which trim?  The one at the base of the tailgate?  If that is the one you are talking about and it is applied with adhesive, you won't be able to remove it and sell it.

lol no I took that stuff off when I got the truck. The peice that covers the indention in the tailgate.

Oh, the tailgate band.  It removes from the inside of the tailgate with about 4 bolts (from memory)

alright thanks i will check it out tomorrow. I am going to relocate the handle soon and skin it later. I figured someone would buy it.
