lift question for 2007 2500

thinking about getting this truck. but md lift laws are a pain, the trucks a few hours away so i cant just meassure it but it states that the bottom of the cant be more than 28" and the measurementis taken 16" in from the end of the frame. those tires are about 35s

im thinking since the tires are 34.5s the frame doesnt look like it goes above the rim it should be under or right at 28"


this guy put 2" blocks in the rear and cranked his torsion bars up with 34.5s
