Hey guys I have an 86 K10 that I recently rebuilt a vortec 350 and threw in along with a TH350 that I also rebuilt and dropped in at the same time. So it's now running good and doesn't look to bad but has quite a bit of rust from being up in Alaska. Now Im just wondering what suggestions you guys would have to start working on that won't keep me from driving it. Not looking to put a lot of $$ in all at once but would like to keep improving the truck. Thanks all.

It's kinda of a vague and general question-----what areas need improvement?
i'd probably be most concerned about the rust right now. Are there ways to neutralize it? Such as POR-15?
i need new tires, exhaust, choke needs to be put in operation and i'd like to work on the interior in terms of noise cutting. But there's no time.

I know its pretty vague, I mean I haven't messed with suspension, too much of the interior. I just got it looking decent and driving good. I was looking for a recommendation on an order of precedence such as suspension or fuel system. Just where to continue slowly upgrading.

i'd probably be most concerned about stopping the spread of rust.
As far as the order or precedence thing, dependability/reliability first. So yes, fuel system, ignition, cooling, electrical, brakes, etc.
