Cab clearance lights

Fellas, please advise. Where can I find direct replacement clearance lights for my 1986 GMC 3500?

If you look through some of my old posts I have listed the GM part numbers for the lens and rubber base/gasket if that will aid you in your search. The actual lens is made by Truck-Lite.
