84 K2500 trailer hitch question.

Guys
I would like to install a (rear) trailer hitch on my 84 K2500. It still has the factory under bed spare and i believe a 245/75/16 spare. My question is can i mount a hitch under there and keep the spare?
Thanks!

The under bed spare can be retained. Most class 3 and higher hitches mount inside the rear frame rails and don't narrow the lateral space available to the spare. With some hitches large diameter tires may crowd the crossbar supporting the receiver.
