Frame swap - need to know what I have

Hi,

I recently bought a 57 chevy truck, that the previous to previous owner had the frame swapped with a 78 chevy 1/2 ton frame.  I need to know what I have and I'm hoping someone can help.

I found some numbers at the front drivers side on the top of the frame, the numbers are C4Z142097

Can someone help decode this?

It is a partial of the donor truck's VIN.

Thanks I'll look for a complete set somewhere else on the frame.
