Well heres a few pics of the restore project so far.  Truck was my dads first truck and was always his favorite vehicle but life situations lead to him parting ways with it some years back.  He had purchased brand new from dealer in 1979 when he returned states side from the service. I tracked it back down and bought it to restore and give it back to him. This is what i have accomplished so far.

Got the new flooring in.  Now just have to wait a few days for it to completley flatten out.

Really curious on what you did for your gauge cluster.  Yours looks absolutely mint and I'd love to have one like that.

Yeah i hate dash mats but i hate cracked dash's more.  I take it off when im using the truck.  If its parked, mat goes on.
