Hello and Introductions. 1983 Motorhome on a P30 Chassis.

My name is Daniel. I found the site while digging around looking for information on the P30 chassis upon which rests my motorhome, a 1983 Holiday Rambler Aluma Lite XL which I am sure I will be tinkering with every weekend to keep it lumbering along.

Looking forward to benefiting from the knowledge here in the forums on the P30 chassis and the 454 engine.

Surely no one ever regretted buying a old motorhome, right?  :P

My background is in computer networks and I also enjoy integrating solar energy into everything so if I can be of any help with anyone adding solar to the their truck, or if for some reason you've decided what your classic truck really needs is Mac Mini installed in your dashboard so you can have the full iTunes experience while driving let me know!

I, however, no longer work in networking- turned to the dark side and went DoD Cyber.

Good luck on the motor home. I bought my 87 truck as a similar project when I get the chance to do so.
