89 Crew Cab body lift

I am doing a 12v swap into my dually. I am going to make my own body lift. I am at work and cant measure the mounts. Does anyone know off hand the diameter the lift blocks need to be?

I wouldn't do a body lift higher than one inch

And for a one inch lift , hockey pucks are perfect
Used ones are free and all you gotta do is drill a hole in em
