Clutch Fork Return Spring

There is a return spring which attaches to a bracket bolted to the bottom of the clutch fork on my '84 C10.
What does the other end attach to?
Is there a bracket to be bolted to the frame somewhere, or does the spring just attach at a hole on the frame?

There is a hole in the frame and its a pretty tight stretch.
