Precision exterior window weather stripping not sealing well

I replaced all the weather stripping on my doors with new precision weather stripping.

The exterior seal that clips onto the bottom of the window opening doesnt seal well against the window or door. I had both interior door panels off and went through a car wash. The old side that still had ok condition weather stripping wasnt getting any water in but the side with the new piece was letting a lot of water in.

Should I try a new seal from a different company?
