Make sure you have a separate ground wire from one of the blower motor mounting screws to body ground. Remember the motor is mounted on a fiberglass housing. Make sure grounds are clean.

That’s the first place I looked and they were all clean. And actually the shop described it incorrectly, the blower motor was blowing but the compressor clutch was not engaging. It turned out to be a simple loose connection!
