hi,85 c10 350/350 and have swapped 350 for 700r4 and want to know what you guys are doing with the shifter lever on the side of the trans. i have taken the lever of the 350 and swapped to the 700r4 but when checking the operation of the shifter in the cab,i find i am not getting full movement at the trans.its like the ratio at the trans is different to the shifter ratio,is there a lever you can buy or do you have to fabricate something.my cab is right hand drive(new zealand)and uses a single cable from shifter to trans.can anyone help.
