1980 GMC1500 manual ?

OK I have a broken ( physically broken in the case) 1975 K-10 4 speed manual

The local used parts yard has an 1980 GMC 1500 manual 4 speed that is yet identified. No modle or part number for me yet.

Are there (or was there) different 4 speeds in the GMC line or was there just a single 4 sp in 1980?

Will this mate to a 1975 V8?

I want to get this project back on track.. I miss my heap.

Looks like either the bull low first gear 4 speed or the OD 4 speed.

There was only 1 trans for the 73-87 4x4, the SM465.
Far as I know the 3speed with OD wasn't offered on 4x4 trucks unless it possibly was a diesel

Thank you guys.
Looks like we might be able to weld a nut to the broken bolt (bead inside the nut to teh broken stud) then put a wrench on it and back it out.....
I hope.
