Possible symptoms from a blocked rear diff. vent tube

Curious, what problems/symptoms could occur from a clogged up rear diff. vent tube?

At the top of the list would be blowing out oil from the seals.

Ok, thanks! Mine is all clear, I removed and cleaned. Just one of those little things one doesn't deal with often.
