Where can i find this?

Im trying to find somewhere that sells these but on a car show they were talkin about diff. ways to get truck unstuck.
They showed all the usual stuff except one thing. And i didnt catch the show name or name of this. But it was a big vynil type balloon you put under the axle when tire stuck. its got a wide hose coming off to a funnel you hook to your tailpipe to fill it up n raise the rig right outta there. Where can i find out about these?

I have seen similar items in tow truck and recovery catalogs. They are called low pressure air bags. I have used them in the fire service but anything that is sold to the fire service is triple the cost.
