motor,trans and axle swap

i currently have a 1975 chevy full size half ton truck and i have lifted it 14 inches but my axles motor and trans arent enuff too take her through good mudd. i have all the parts from a 1978 3/4 ton  454 motor 4 speed rockwell tranny and a set of dana 60 front and rear axles is it possible too swap all this out with out any major modifications

It would be better if you had the whole truck because there is always something that you need that didn't come with all the parts. Having all the parts is the next best thing. It is labor intensive but it should all go in.
