How to change gears???

Need to go from 3.42 to 4.11 in front and rear. How hard is this to do at home? Where can I get instructions from if needed? I have a 12 bolt rear and 10 bolt front in 1981 Chevy Shortbed.

Swap in some 3/4 or 1 ton axles that already have 4:11s
