Exhaust ?

I have an 83 chevy pickup, lowered, with a somewhat built 350. I had old headers, and i just ran pipes off the headers strait back about 3 feet to 40 series flows, no tips or dumps. Now i just ordered some hooker super comp headers, and i am debating weather to have the same setup, or to put an x pipe in there. Any comments are appreciated....Thanks

I dont think u can beat the sound of str8 pipe i mean sure thay have them cat back x pipe setups...But i like to think of them as somthing a newer car/truck should have...
