Power Steering Bracket
« on: April 14, 2006, 01:15:00 pm »
I have an 82 chevy full size short bed with a 350 small block engine in it.  When i bought it, it didn't have all the power steering brackets with it and Im having trouble finding some brackets to fit it.  Does anyone here know where i can get some power steering brackets.  I also have headers on the engine and that makes it different to bolt up as well.
Thanks

Salvage yard.....there must be a salvage wrecking yard somewhere near you.  You can get one cheap.

Try:  www.zoops.com  or www.march.com

Both web sites have great power steering brackets. :eek

I had the same exact problem a few weeks ago. Trying to find salvage yard brackets turned out to be very frustrating as there are so many different types.

Anyway, I ended up buying the March brackets and they worked perfect and look really good. Doesn't matter if you have headers as they don't mount to the head at all, just the block. Jegs and Summit both carry them.

Good luck
