1974 Cheyenne Super 10 Pickup
« on: April 24, 2006, 11:19:00 pm »
I have a 1974 Chevy Cheyenne Super 10 Pickup Truck, 2wd, with a Factory Chevy Big Block 454/TH-400/12 Bolt with Camper Special Suspension I believe... I havent seen many of these trucks and I cant seem to find any specs on them or my 454... Has anyone heard or seen these trucks, or know of any places I can get Information or Specs... I checked at FullSize Forums and other places but havent gotten any help... I'm looking for Tech. Info, Engine Info, and General Info about the truck, because I dont see many of them... Thanks!:hat

I have that info for a 79, which may be similar on most items.  I have the original dealers notebook which explains all the hp, options, suspension, ratios, etc....
Check ebay, you can get one for a 74.

A Cheyenne Super is the top of the line pickup for 73 and 74.  The name was used until 1975 ( it was a trim level carried over from the 67-72 models) when it was replaced by Silverado trim level.
The 454 in 1974 was rated at 230hp.  What else are you wanting to know.
