3m spray adheasive/headliner glue. Any auto parts joint should have it. Spay both pieces and let them get tacky. Then carefully lay the new material on the board and make sure not to get any wrinkles. If you don't let the glue get tacky before sticking the pieces together it will not adhere properly and will come apart soon after you reinstall it. Then you will be back where you started only now you're mad. I learned this the hard way.
This glue is really stringing and flies around easily. Make sure there is no breeze or fans around where you are working. If it gets on the material you can not get it off. Good luck.
