question bout our trucks

Got a question thats been on my mind and need some assistance.Did GM make our truck that had dual tanks for v8s only and a single gas tank for 6 cyl trucks?The reason i ask is because this stepside i am about to buy has dual gas tanks and in 1 of its pics it shows v8 exhaust manifolds still attached to the exhaust and it has dual gas tanks(which are comming out and making way for a fuel cell...

What? Not exactly sure what you are saying in the question. I have had a 3/4 ton 4x4 with dual tanks and it had original a 292 I6 motor.

Was ordering dual tanks a option?What im trying to say is did only 6 cyl trucks come with a single gas tank and v8s came with dual gas tanks, but you answered my question there

My 1/2-ton came with saddle tanks.  Truck was a base model C10 with a 262 V6 (and a hybrid TH350... in a 400 case).

Standard = single tank
Optional = Dual tanks.
