Frame brackets question
« on: June 30, 2006, 12:03:00 pm »
Hello all,
i got here 4 frame brackets that help support under the front of the cab.2 are for 81-87  and 2 are for 73-80.The 2 front ones on my 80 are done but i am changing my truck`s cab to a 85 cab.My question is what mounts will work for this 85 cab, will the 73-80 mounts work fine or should i change them to the 81-87 mounts?Either way the 2 front mounts are comming off the frame,so what should i do?
thanks
pat

If you use the 73-80 ,you can use the same mounts. The cabs should be the same.

Whatever year the mounts came off of, you have to use the same year bushings..
