Welcome to the group! Always nice to see another 2wd stepside. I have a fleetside but was on the hunt for a step when I found my truck. Anyway, looks like having your truck up on 1 wheel like that is twisting the heck out of the frame! Unless your body bushings are really really bad. Don't leave it like that for too long. Don't want to cause any permanent damage.
