need throttle cable!!!!!!!!!!!

i need help finding an original throttle cable for a 1981 chevy scottsdale,,it has a 350 in it. i snapped the little things off that hold it into the cab. i searched around the local auto parts stores and the local junkyard and they dont have anything. what do i do????????????

I bought one a few months ago from Advance Auto Parts, NAPA may be able to order you one, and I know for a fact that Jeg's carries them.

Did you check the GM dealer?They still have a lot of parts available for these trucks.
