I put an electric fan on my truck.... i was wondering if its bad for my motor to heat up and cool down alot when im driving... when driving its barely off of cold. but when im sitting it goes to about 210 is this ok?

How much is it heating up/cooling down? Is the thermostat working ok? What size thermostat is it?

as far as i know the thermostat is good. it stayed one temperature with my clutch fan... but since i put the electric... like i said when im sitting it heats to about 210 . When going down the road it cools to barely off of cold so about 80

Barely off the "C" on the stock gauge? That is 160, not 80.
Is the fans thermostat controlled?
