Vile quit messin around in the garage and let your foot heal! You go messing around an you'll injure another part of your leg or knee. You won't like that at all. BTW- great work on the 454. I"m sorry about your foot. Now go lay down

That's too funny! ;D I got in trouble in 2005(from the wife) for doing the same thing. I flipped my zero-turn mower off the top of a retaining wall and into a river(low tide) the day before going on vacation. I recieved 8 stitches just above my left elbow on the outside and 42 on the inside with a minor cut on my achilles tendon of my left heal. I was back on that mower in 5 days with sling and all. :o :D It still has a bent rim. Looks funny when I'm rollin fast. I know it's hard to see nothing getting done, just take it easy.

Yeah I'm tired of feeling like this already and I can't sit still. Last night I went out in my garage for 5 minutes and decided to just sit in the house and rot. I'm glad I did because I needed the rest.

Well I got it all in yesterday and first turn of the key she fired nicely. Tonight I worked on building the fan shroud for the electric cooling fan. Here's a few pix

I took a few videos which I'll upload later.

 Looks great!
I didn't read all 17 pages, but what did you paint on your core support? and did you use a media blaster/gun?
Looks like whatever you used would hide alot of imperfections.

Thanks guys. I removed the wiring and junction block from the firewall and have to finish routing and looming a few things. I added a power distribution block and the fan relay/thermistor for the electric fan. I am also going to install a new battery box.

As far as the finish on the radiator support, I used GM trunk spatter paint on the original shroud and painted it black and I used black paint and chip guard for the upper radiator supprt.

I noticed that you used a sm block power steering pump, Did you make that adjust bracket? If not where/what year engine did they come from?
