reare end vent tube question
« on: July 23, 2007, 01:28:37 pm »
Question,
has anyone changed their rearend vent tube with a braided line one from jegs or summit?I am looking to change it and they got them but not sure what type to use is it a -4 or a -6 size line? They dont give details on the size of the tube so i need to know cause the rearend is all bout done and i like to add that touch to it of the line and not a regular rubber vent tube like it has on now.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
thanks
pat

-4 and -6 are the sizes for the tube.
-4 = 1/4" (4/16)
-6 = 3/8" (6/16)

SS vent lines?  Havent even thought of that!  Would definitely look slick.  Post up some pic's when installed!  Dont forget to add a one way breather valve to the top end (I used an aluminum PCV for mine).
