We are looking for information on the 1981 GMC street coupe z77 option .... anyone know of an original truck or picture of the tailgate stripe layout with the stepside option .....81 chevy sport would be similar ....

I am trying to locate an original stepside tailgate stripe layout for a truck in tennessee....I am not looking for another truck right now.....unless an original paint/original stripe one turned up....

yes,this is for seans truck  ...but also for reference ...appears very few of these trucks are left with original or correct paint ....

I have pictures that show the original striping. I posted those in the gallery.
What else would you like to know? Our family has owned this truck straight off the showroom floor since 1981.

Do you have any documentation left from when the truck was purchased....also a copy of the line build sheet(often found under the seat in the springs)
