I believe in 1975 that if your truck was over a certain gross weight then cats were exempt. I have a half-ton with the towing pkg 6500gvw -- cats were not required.

Well as previously stated, cats were for vehicles under 6100gvw. And because of that, then I would assume 75C20 doesn't have one because it's a 3/4 ton. See, learning is a good thing! :P
