ok new question!!!

im gonna get the 3" suspension lift, now can i use 33" tires with that, or will i need to lift the body either 1" or 2"?

3" suspension you should clear 33's fine.  if you DO have any issues it would be at full-flex...and if you do, then just add a BL then...but i don't think you will have any issues...

On a 4x2, you will probably have to trim the body to clean on full lock.

oh, my bad, i assumed it was a 4x4...yes, on a 2wd you will most likely need the BL too...

honestly, i think you could clear 33's on a 2wd with a 3" BL easily.  these 2wds don't sit THAT low stock...

My truck fits 33x12.5 and its stock. Is it because its a 3/4 ton

can't be cause mines a 1/2 ton and i've got 33's on mine with stock suspension.

what's the stock ride height of a 4x2 vs a 4x4 and what is the fender to tire clearance on them? That can't be that different, the drive train and tire size seem like the only difference in them which would make me thing that 33's would fit on a 4x2 or a 4x4...maybe not though....

i'm not sure on the exact fender heights...honestly, but i do know there is a significant difference just from real-world experience.  it's not like today's "4x4s" that you need a sticker to tell ya its a 4x4.  my truck is ALL stock suspension wise...if anything it sits a bit lower than it did due to worn out body bushings.  it has 31" tires but it did when it was new too (have the option sticker).  and i've parked by stock 2wds (70's and 80's) and my truck sits up a good bit higher than they do.  also, after owning about 10 of these beasts both 2 and 4wd, i know they sit differently...

4x4's are completely diffferent than a 4x2.  the rear leafs are about 2-3" Lower (making trucks higher ) than their 4x2 counterparts.  In general they are about 3" higher than a 4x2, so you need at least a 2" BL.

thanks guys! thats it, ill do a 3" suspension, and a 2" body, and see what i can get away with after that....maybe 35"s
