82 restoration project

here are a couple of pics of my truck im currently fixing up. ive replaced my doors,inner/outer fenders,cab corners and inner/outer rockers.

thanks guys, i have to get some better picture of it. im pretty much ready to paint but im doing it in my garage and its snowing like crazy so i think ill have to wait for the weather to warm up

Did you take off the gas tanks to replace the rockers/floor panels? Is this necessary? Im thinking it would be a good idea but I had people on the internet say you dont have to.

I removed mine when the rockers were replaced.  Welding around gas fumes = BANGGGGGG :)

i took off my gas tank to por-15 the whole frame and it deffinatly made doing the cab corners alot easier. and i didnt have to worry about blowing myself up from the fumes while welding

i also bed lined the floor and also dyed my door panels and trim from red to black. ill take those pictures tomorrow. The funny thing is that im building that house for work and that im also restoring my truck in the garage haha  ;D
