What are you and advertiser?
« on: March 03, 2008, 09:19:42 pm »
Here's a quick review of some parts I just bought and installed..  I got new left hood hinge, lower side window seals, door seals (around the wholedoor opening), and an inner glove box (the plastic part), and the little ringsaround the door lock knobs on the top of the door panel from A competitor (url removed)  and I am very happy with the funtion and fit of all the parts I ordered.  the left hood hinge (competitor url removed) fit exactly as the old and tightened the hood right up when closed.  the lower side window seals (competitor url removed)  fit the body better than the OEM pieces i removed, and they do have the felt on them like oem on both pieces the inner and outer.  the door seals around the whole door opening (competitor url removed) fit exactly as they should and came with about 2ft of excess per door so there was no chance of it being too short.  and the inner glove box (competitor url removed)  fit the painted outer panel exactly and everything lined up, maybe a little better than the stock pieces...   the lock knob rings had plenty of felt and quieted the rattling lock knobs right up

What is this?  Are you advertising for them?  You do realize they are a direct competitor to my company?  Advertising on the forum is $100 a month charge.
I let some posting links to competitors slide at time (I prefer it not happen though), but this is beyond pushing it.   I provide this forum free and it is funded by those that purchase from us.  I understand that we don't currently offer every product at this time, but we are adding as we can.  We are a small company so keep this in mind when posting this kind of stuff...

No Cooth!
Some people are like Slinkies. Not really good for anything, but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs

Sounded like he had good intentions. I would have found that review very helpful on items that you do not currently sell.

Judging by all the urls Chris had to remove, I think he had other intentions. Its on thing to do a small review for stuff that is not listed. But not repeatedly list the website, thats a bit ridiculous.

Correct.  Reviewing is one thing, but linking to their site from mine for everything...
