I need blazer seat pics
« on: March 09, 2008, 10:10:28 am »
I've had this blazer for years. After looking at the seats trying to figure out why they dont fold forward I realized these seats dont belong in this thing at all, they appear to be out of a ford aerostar minivan! I need a pic of what the seats that are supposed to be in there look like. 1984 K5 Blazer. Thanks

Here is what is in it. The back seat is stock and is similar in pattern that the fronts have which is what fooled me.

Blazer seats didn't fold forward and slide until 1987.  Before then the whole seat tilted forward for access.  This is what the seat should look like in 1984 (they were the same from 1976-1986.

what are you asking for them and is the console for sale also? They would probably have to be shipped truck freight right?

$100 for both seats, console was sold.  I would have to check on shipping but it wouldn't be through my company

How high do those seats sit up off the ground? Would there be any modifying to put them in a suburban?

The buckets are the same as what would have came in a Suburban, BUT the brackets are not the same.  You would need bucket seat brackets for a Suburban...
