Wheelin in indiana??
« on: March 18, 2008, 01:16:10 pm »
Does anybody else here happen to have most of their fun at the Badlands or Haspin Acres? I think my buddies and I are the only ones around her still rockin' the Old Skool Bowties.

The Badlands are fun !  I made the trip up for 3 years. Sand dunes can be tricky and the mud is sticky.
But the rocks are lots more fun to me. Im glad they got a campground now, Summers Campground
was a long haul in a zuk on 33's but the camping was great.
Hang him !!!    (Judge Roy Bean)  Looters will be shot on site !!!

I agree. I love the mudholes there, but i can't do much rock crawling, though. My springs are a little too stiff and plus my truck is a little top heavy. I was just wondering if there is anyone else around here that's really into gettin' dirty while you're still behind the windshield. I feel a lot of times that no one wants to get off the couch and go play anymore.

the badlands are about a half hour away from me in a little town called Attica, Indiana, and I am not quite sure where Haspin Acres is, but I was told it was just south of Indy.

Huge, ever go here?
http://www.gotmudd.com/index.php
I have been a member there for four or five years, allot of those guys go to Haspin all the time.
Yes I still play in the dirt. Took a little hiatus from it but last fall I got the Blazer back out.

Some people are like Slinkies. Not really good for anything, but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs

No my next Blazer will have one tone axles
I have it, & the parts just need to find the time and $ to build it.
