fitting 35's

i just recently bought a set of 35x12.50x15's. i have a 4" lift on my pickup now and i know that the 35's fit but will rub obviously. my question is what sort of body lift would i need to clear them. eventually i will get a 6" or 8" all spring setup and bigger tires, but this is just for now. i was just wondering if i need a 2" body lift or do i need 3". and there is no way in heck i am cutting my fenders either haha.

if you wanna clear 35s on a 4 inch lift all you have to do is pound on the corners of your fenders but if you wanna do it the cheap way just go get a 2 inch body lift.......

ok your tires are going to rub a lil on the corners of the fenders.......when i had a 4 inch lift i just cut the insides of them out its no biggy

He means taking a sledge hammer to the back edge of them! A 2" body lift will give you enough clearance.

Chill out dude I was just explaining it to him as he didn't understand, if he did he probably wouldn't have asked.
 Plus it said right in his post he wanted to get a body lift, and didn't want to cut his fenders.

im not too sure bout takin a sledge to my pickup lol but i could live with cuttin them for now. the snow is startin to melt here where i live and everything is gettin all muddy so i've got an itch to do some muddin real quick lol. thanks for the advice, i will take everythin into consideration and come to some decision this weekend.

A set of Bushwhacker cut out fender flares would work too.

a 2" BL is so cheap, i'd go that route and keep your fenders original and unmolested.  but if you don't really care about that, i'd go with a set of Bushwhacker cut-out flares...
