Noob from the southern part of WV
« on: April 10, 2008, 05:45:29 pm »
Howdy howdy.

I have a 81 Cheyenne 4x4 which is currently in idle mode (AKA Putting junk in the bed for hauling off/was gonna scrap it). I haven't had the time to fix her up yet, but I'll get around to it. I need to fix the rear main seal in it and finish installing the wiring harness and various front end work on it. I'll probably end up replacing the whole front end suspension with some new parts (Any upgraded front end parts for'em?). I'll probably be asking questions for various stuff I haven't figured out on my own.

Also, since I'm here. Is there a rear-disc conversion for the 3/4 tons? Or am I looking for an axle swap?

Nate

Welcome from N.H.
I know you can get a disc setup for the full floaters. Not sure about the semi floaters though.
Some people are like Slinkies. Not really good for anything, but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs
